Oh, I really had a perfect long weekend! After a 20 km bike tour on Sunday, I cooked this delicious lunch. And I spent Monday and Tuesday in the countryside, visiting parents & grandparents. I enjoyed being outdoors! I've never liked good weather as much as this year.
