my new school?
In march, I visited the school I'll possibly attend in October.
I'm currently deciding whether to become an elementary school teacher or not.
These April days are so beautiful.
Unfortunately, I'm sick, the doctor diagnosed enteritis, I have to take antibiotics.
Hope you're feeling better than me!
Yesterday, Stephan and I watched a Hitchcock movie, Rear Window.
We moved into a new flat, we got many new neighbors.
Hopefully no Mr. Thorwald :)
Some more movies I watched lately:
Mathilda, the great Austrian movie Der Knochenmann and once again Poppitz.
Have a nice day!

the farm, part II
Some more pictures of the farm.
Our new flat is getting more and more comfortable.
We bought a sofa and an armchair, and the kitchen is nearly complete.
I'm so happy to live here.
I'm also very glad that I found a new job where I can work together with Swedish-speaking people.
The past few days have been gloriously sunny and really unseasonably warm.
Yesterday was my first Saturday at the farmer's market this year.
I bought the ingredients for Chili con carne and a Moravian cabbage soup,
pita bread, different apples and two bunches of tulips.
Veronika moved to Vienna, she's going to visit me in the afternoon.
Have a nice Sunday!
Monday, April 6
the farm, part I
Some pictures of the farm where Stephan's mother lived when she was a child.
I love visiting Stephan's grandma there.
It's a totally different world from the one I live in.
Spring! It is so warm and nice outside, I love the fresh green leaves.
Stephan and I inaugurated our new balcony this weekend.
Today, I had my first cup of ice cream this year!
At Bortolotti, poppy seed, strawberry and yoghurt.
Matthias came to spend the lunch break with me.
By the way: Vienna's best ice cream can be found at Tuchlauben.
Yesterday evening, Bernd, Matthias, Stephan and I enjoyed dinner at Kent.
It was possible to sit outside in the garden till 10pm!
And I'm looking forward to a journey!
My aunt Luise booked our flight to New York.
We'll stay for one week. And I'm going to spend four more days in The Hague.
I can't wait till June.
