Ice skating on Lake Neusiedl with Barbara, Rahim and Bernhard. It's the biggest place for ice skating in Austria during winter.
I didn't skate for many years and I fell on the ice twice. It was windy and freezing, a cup of tea on board a ship was my last resort!
Have a nice Sunday evening :)

After I had written an exam, I had lunch at Neni with Stephan and his parents.
I went to the public library to borrow some books afterwards - and I found this beautifully illustrated folder for a youth dance festival.
Oh! It's weekend! Have a nice one :)

Someone surprised me today :)
I was the lucky winner of Sabine's giveaway (I know, I'm really lucky these days).
Sabine sent me some really lovely things, thanks a lot! I love it!
Have a good new week!

Saturday was a sunny day. I haven't been at Aromat for a long time and it was closed when we passed by. Later, Stephan and I got together with Helene and Christoph, Ludmilla and Daniel. It's been a great evening.
The high fog returned today and I'm lazy. I should continue studying for tomorrow's exam.

I'm the lucky winner of Lea's beautiful giveaway! Thank you :)

It was a busy week again. Writing exams and studying.
And it's still freezing cold!
Saturday morning question: Do we need something new for our living room walls?
Have a great weekend!

Sorry for the silence here. I had a busy week at university, a written exam, a great birthday party with Bernd on Friday, birthday dinner yesterday and today lunch with family in the countryside.
As you might have already noticed: I have created my special inspiration board. You are more than welcome to look at it :)
It's freezing here in Austria but the daffodils grow and flourish. Stephan and I made our private Knut party today in the afternoon.
Did you eye the Hausbrandt logo? I love it and the coffee is delicious.
Hope you all had a nice weekend!

After yesterday's breakfast, we decided to spend the weekend in the countryside. It has been snowing the whole night long and in the morning I shoveled snow.
Stephan's mum helped us to sew a curtain - with her stylish orange sewing machine.
Enjoy this Sunday evening!

Yesterday was an almost perfect last holiday-day. We went to Ikea to buy a curtain. And I bought daffodils - they grow so quickly! We had lunch and coffee at my beloved An-Do.
Today was the first day in school 2010. Right now, we are getting a beautiful blanket of snow here in Vienna.

Have a good day!

This is the last day of holiday. I really needed to take this little break. And I don't want to get back into the rhythm of things.
Finally, we have snow here in Vienna, too. Can you see it on my balcony?
I hope you're doing fine!

I did some weaving for school. I wanted to weave a cupcake. It turned out more like a blunt crayon. Or a big top maybe. I'm more than dissatisfied.

Some more pictures from yesterday's walk.
Today, it's grey and dark outside, freezing and uninviting.
I don't want the holidays to be over soon...

Today, I went to the city to buy the very best coffee. I have already told you about the Alt Wien Coffee Roasters.
I cannot resist posting these touristy pictures. The houses designed by Otto Wagner look so beautiful in the winter sun.
It’s freezing out and I was happy to be back home.
