I had a wonderful Sunday brunch with champagne and caviar. After breakfast, we went out for a little walk in the sunshine. It was really warm outside. In the evening, we cooked a delicious wok dish with beef and watched Four Weddings and a Funeral. A perfect Sunday!

I've just returned from two choral days in a very beautiful Austrian region called Bucklige Welt, which could be translated into "humpy world". I lost my voice there.

Last Sunday, we celebrated Stephan's mum's birthday. I'll tell you a little secret right here: My mum was one of her best schoolmates :) It was a big party with lots of friends and relatives. We had lunch at a really nice restaurant in the countryside and tons of delicious homemade pastry - such as Punschkrapferl.

easter weekend

Everyone likes to be outside again!
I spent the Easter weekend in the countryside, visiting our parents. The Easter bunnies brought great - and delicious - presents.

Now it feels good to be home again.

My Saturday: The sun was out and it was warm, we went to the Yppenmarkt and had lunch at An-Do. I found this funny Easter grocery list in a caddy: Someone was among other things looking for horseradish, chocolate spoon eggs, green (!) grass and cake paper.

In the afternoon, I sat on the balcony, reading the weekend newspaper and doing a sudoku. And I watched the Oxford and Cambridge boat race on TV.

The spring sun really makes me happy, I could already sit outside on my balcony. I took a walk through my neighborhood and saw so many beautiful spring flowers! And I had fika with an Osterpinze, a special Easter bread.
