vielleicht kannst du das brotrezept ja am letzten foto entziffern :) ansonsten werd ichs vielleicht mal selbst ausprobieren, ist angeblich eine prozedur, die eine nacht und einen ganzen tag in anspruch nimmt!
zum müesli: einfach nur haferflocken und leinsamen mit naturjoghurt mischen, einen apfel (mit schale) dazureiben und früchte nach belieben hineinschneiden. yum!
