I went on a trip to Denmark today! Actually, I didn't leave this town - but it was great anyway! We went to a new small deli called Skæn which has opened recently. The salmon platter we had was a small work of art. And it was so fantastic and very delicious that I want to come back very, very soon. This is a huge recommendation!

ooh, yum! that looks delicious! I'm a little caper obsessed at the moment. What is the pink thing in the bottle in the first image?

Ha! I want to go to Denmark for lunch. Going to Los Angeles for lunch somehow isn't quite the same!

A beautifully designed plate, and it looks delicious. The deli looks like the type of place I would want to visit. A bit of a distance though.
