Another reason why I love late summer. I picked up two nice squashs at this field the weekend before, one hokkaido and one pattypan. I used them for making a lasagne and a strudel, awesome!

These look wonderful! The pumpkin(squash) in Australia is really yummy. But living in Switzerland, I am yet to find anything nearly as nice as back home. boo-hoo.
